Return Policy

If you would like to return or exhange an item that you purchased at, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the time in which your order was shipped.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that provides a tracking number. UPS and FedEx give tracking numbers by default. If you choose to return using USPS, please select 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation'.  Reasons a restocking fee may be charged or a return request denied are listed, but are not limited to these below:

  1. Incomplete packaging including label
  2. Product has been altered in any way
  3. Product has been cut (i.e. hair or lace)
  4. Hair has been brushed out or is kinked up

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange.  If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.  Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.  If you have any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise please contact us by E-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 773-321-9430.

In order to proceed with a return or exchange, please log into your account and click on the 'RMA' tab in your account dashboard.  For customers that have placed orders as a guest, look at the very bottom left of any page at our site and click on 'Returns & Exchanges'.
