Return Policy

If you would like to return or exhange an item that you purchased at, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the time in which your order was shipped.  Please read the following carefully before proceeding to fill out your RMA request.  Below are procedures, terms and conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Click on the following link to BlackHairspray Returns & Exchanges.  If you have a Black Hairspray Account, you can log into your account and click on the 'RMA' tab on the left side of your account dashboard.
  2. Please fill the RMA form out completely.
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from the drop-down box. Only items which are eligible for Return will be listed.
  4. Once your RMA request has been approved, please click the 'Print Form' button. This will allow you to print the RMA form which you should include in the box along with the returned merchandise.
  5. Once you have sent the package to us, then proceed to click the 'Package Sent' button. This will inform us of your return/exchange shipment.
  6. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number. UPS and FedEx give tracking numbers by default. If you choose to ship using USPS, please send using 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation.'
  7. Restocking fees may apply.
  8. A Reship fee of $8.95 will apply to exchanged merchandise.
  9. Shipping and handling costs from your original order are non-refundable.
  10. If your return / exchange merchandise is not accepted and you wish to have the item returned to you, we will charge an $8.95 return shipping fee to return the item to you.
  11. We will do our best to accomadate customers and deal with you fairly; In turn, we ask that you treat us fairly as well.  Occasionally, we may not accept a return.
  12. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  13. If there are additional charges due to an exchange, please contact us immediately to make payment arrangements so that there is no delay in processing the exchange.

Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:

  1. Items must be in their original condition.
  2. Uncut including hair, weft or lace (where applicable).
  3. Unworn.
  4. Unbrushed or unfrizzed.
  5. For Weave or Braiding Hair, hair must not be unraveled or untied.
  6. No products may be sprayed on the items.
  7. The item may not have a scent, including but not limited to, smoke, food, hair product  or perfume.
  8. Items must be in original package with all tags and labels.
  9. Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  1. Repack merchandise securely in a box.
  2. Please include all original packaging including labels.
  3. Include your RMA form in the box.
  4. We must receive your return merchandise within two weeks from the RMA approval date.
  5. If we have not received your return by this time, your RMA will be voided.
